Built on the former site of an auto wrecker’s yard, Parker Johnston invested almost 2 years of environmental work before they erected their new building.
The new facility, made up of over 22,000 sq ft of warehouse and over 7,000 sq ft of office space, consolidates their operations and administration sites, and provides the capacity for growth that their business requires.

The eye-catching design on the front of the building is comprised of composite aluminum panels with a mirrored finish— the first of their kind used on Vancouver Island. The remainder of the building uses concrete tilt-up panels with patterned reveals to give the building’s finish a textured design.
