This 20,000 sq. ft. three storey building was built on an empty site alongside the Island Highway for Dr. King and King Lasik. The modern building uses a mix of cedar siding and aluminum storefront glazing.
Visible on four streets, this building had to deal with the site grades and four visible sides. The roof line is playful and reflects the image of eyebrows – the sunshade reflects the image of eyelashes for the Lasik Eye Care Facility.
