Formerly Trafalgar Square, Brentwood Crossing’s design approach was to improve the visibility of each leasable area. The original brick turrets were removed, the façade was modernized with durable building materials and signage and landscaping were incorporated to separate the pedestrian walkway and parking for a softer edge. The undulating brick walls at either end of the L-shaped building were painted black for a fresher look. The new design also improved fire separations between existing suites and facilitated necessary code updates.
